When I first came from bangalore.. I joined this company.. Simultaneously I. Was helping my husband in his startup company too... I. Was I'll mannered by the seniors.. Not only that I. Was told by the lady who was the running the consultancy that I m not goof for anything without any reason.. As I a former cabin crew.. And I m. Not tat much experienced in such bpos.. I wS mentally tortured by an old guy who was also. Working there... He used to degrade me for no reason.. I would recommend the new comers not join here... Now. The owner of my own company.. M running my training centre as well as also working with a company... Third class company I have ever seen. . I have some recordings too.. I wish to upload.. But I thought not to harm others... Pls guys never ever join this Aweful place... This left me traumatic... Now after 3 years I thought to share as I m not settled.. And I want them to grow but they should atleast have some decency and Attiquetes towarss other human... Political party rather than a company.. Chee

The company environment is good and yes Hr Subhodeep Banerjee Sir help me alot. Please guys don't keep hope after your interview rounds until they provide you the joining mail confirmation.

Worst HRs over there. Specially Subhodeep Banerjee. I gave interview for Non-IT HR, as feedback interviewer told me " your CV is perfectly matched as per our criteria, although your salary is a little bit high but don't worry am trying to give you a hike and I will discuss about it. Please wait, there will be a second round of interview " after this Subhodeep is saying you are not shortlisted. Are you joking? If you can't afford then why you call anyone for interview and waste there time whereas Subhodeep knows everything what was my last in hand salary, what is expectation and all. Either he don't how to recruit or he can't understand the profile. Anyone ask him for job he just call him/her for interview without knowing anything. Genius Consultants Ltd hired this type of worthless candidates like Subhodeep Banerjee for low budget but they will never hire a candidate who has 4.5 years of experience with strong database because they have to pay high.
